AI Veterinary Clinical Notes Extension
The intent of the application is to create SOAP notes for the patient history by using chatGPT and a private knowledge base. The proprietary extension parses patient history from the patient management website and sends it to the backend API. The backend API receives the patient history and returns the generated SOAP notes to the client extension.

Care Connect Operations
Care Connect is a 24/7 telecare alarm response service for elderly clients in Jersey, Channel Islands. Their existing system routed SOS alerts through a four-hop chain — pendant → SMS → relay → webhook with no monitoring at any stage. A device went offline undetected, leaving a client without emergency cover.
smartData built a purpose-built Operations Dashboard that connects EV12 pendants directly, surfaces SOS, device-offline, and low-battery alerts in real time, and embeds full client context address, medical conditions, emergency contacts on every alert.
The platform replaces Microsoft Power Apps as the client management tool, giving operations staff a single workspace for the entire monitoring workflow. Built on ASP.NET Core with Blazor, MQTT, and WebSocket infrastructure, the MVP delivers eleven functional modules across a 10-week timeline.
EV smartCharging platform
An enterprise-level tool developed for electricity providers and their customers (EV users & smart home product users) with their smart-charging algorithm helping them to charge their electric vehicles or manage their smart home devices defining their priorities during cheapest or climate-friendly hours. Another advantage for the users is to optimize the use of electricity generated using solar panels, allowing users to first use the power generated using solar and then via the grid. For electricity providers, the platform balance the grid by switching the charging of the connected fleet of electric vehicles on and off so that electricity producers can avoid starting expensive, fossil fuel-driven backup generators. And participant users earn monetary rewards being participating in this.
BuildrOps – Construction Project Management
The project aims to create a SaaS-based platform for multiple construction companies, enhancing project management and collaboration. Key features will include project scheduling, task assignments, performance monitoring, and real-time status tracking with notifications. The platform will support quality control inspections, ensure payments are released only upon completion of specific construction stages, and provide a document management system. Additionally, it will feature a holiday rule engine, accounting management tools, and visual scheduling options like Gantt and calendar views. Ultimately, this platform will streamline operations and improve communication among construction stakeholders.
AI Takeoff and Document Extraction System
An AI-native takeoff and intelligent document processing platform for the commercial construction industry that automates material (glass, doors, window) takeoff and hardware extraction from architectural project documents. The solution processes floor plans, elevations, material schedules, specifications, and related drawings to identify, classify, and extract information with high accuracy.
It applies engineering rules to validate extracted data, highlights discrepancies, and enables estimators to review, verify, and export standardized Excel outputs.
The platform significantly reduces manual estimation effort, improves consistency, and accelerates bid preparation while maintaining full traceability back to the source drawings.
Scalable Construction Supply ERP with AI Automation and Financial Integration
The objective of this project was to transform a fast-growing construction materials supplier into a fully integrated, AI-enabled digital operations platform.
The client was managing bulk orders, warehouse coordination, supplier procurement, and accounting across disconnected systems. This resulted in delayed responses, manual reconciliation, limited stock visibility, and heavy dependency on staff for routine customer queries.
Our goal was to build a unified ERP ecosystem using ZohoOne, fully integrated with MYOB for financial control, while embedding AI Agents to automate customer communication and operational support.
The AI Agents were designed to:
- Instantly respond to customer queries related to order status, invoices, and delivery timelines
- Reduce dependency on manual call handling
- Provide 24/7 support without increasing headcount
- Assist internal teams with quick data lookup and order insights
- Improve response time and customer satisfaction

AI Calling Agent for Real Estate
Real estate agents spend a significant portion of their day on phone calls – following up with leads, booking property visits, and confirming client preferences. The client, a mid-sized real estate agency, was struggling with missed follow-ups, delayed responses, and scattered call logs.
To address this, we built a smart inbound-outbound calling agent that acts like a virtual assistant. Integrated directly with the client’s CRM and calendar, the agent automatically places calls, captures lead details, books appointments, and updates records in real time – all while keeping the human agent in control.
