It is an AI Doctor application that acts as an automated conversational agent, helping, and providing an instant answer to questions about patient symptoms. AI robots ask questions and allow the person to ask them questions. It also allows the patient to telecare and Allows Chatbot to pass to a real doctor. The platform is Multilingual- Spanish/English/Russian.

Implementing first-in, first-out (FIFO) approach, the platform prioritizes patients based on the order of their requests, reducing wait times and enhancing patient satisfaction. Patients can provide detailed information about their symptoms, upload relevant images, and specify the type and duration of consultation they need, empowering doctors to make accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations during video consultations. The platform ensures seamless and secure interactions, allowing patients to rejoin the queue if they accidentally close their browser. It also simplifies the prescription process with a secure payment gateway and facilitates the delivery of prescriptions.

Care Connect is a 24/7 telecare alarm response service for elderly clients in Jersey, Channel Islands. Their existing system routed SOS alerts through a four-hop chain — pendant → SMS → relay → webhook with no monitoring at any stage. A device went offline undetected, leaving a client without emergency cover.
smartData built a purpose-built Operations Dashboard that connects EV12 pendants directly, surfaces SOS, device-offline, and low-battery alerts in real time, and embeds full client context address, medical conditions, emergency contacts on every alert.
The platform replaces Microsoft Power Apps as the client management tool, giving operations staff a single workspace for the entire monitoring workflow. Built on ASP.NET Core with Blazor, MQTT, and WebSocket infrastructure, the MVP delivers eleven functional modules across a 10-week timeline.

This project is based on OCR using python. The data from documents (hand written or scanned), images, excel, CSV is read and converted into structured data using NLP (natural language processing) and natural language tool kit (NLTK). Important data fields related to patient's visit to clinic or hospital are extracted and stored for further analytics.
