Healthcare providers utilizing the CCMG EHR system are required to conduct Annual Wellness for their patients. While basic demographic information and insurance details for patients are already imported into the system, accessing comprehensive medical records is essential for conducting AWVs. Currently, patient medical data is stored within the eHealth Exchange server (https://ehealthexchange.org), where providers contribute patient information. To streamline the AWV process, there is a need for a system that fetches patient details from the eHealth Exchange servers and integrates them into the CCMG EHR system. 

 
Our system seamlessly integrate with eHealth exchange service, requesting patient medical records. We receive the results in form of CCDA, store data to perform annual wellness visit and push data back to eHealth exchange network.
