To improve payor performance, the HEDIS analytics platform integrates consumer, clinical, provider and payer data to analytical data that healthcare stakeholders can readily use to improve the health of their patients and populations. 
The platform is on HEDIS quality measure reporting rules driven by data extracted from more than 15 EMR systems. HEDIS analytical platform helps in remediating the gaps in data collection through pre auditing of data and to improve the efficiency of HEDIS reporting. 

By providing the functionality of care gap identification, HEDIS analytic platform calculates the care gap for different payors and EHR system.

The .NET Core application acts as middleware in this scenario, facilitating the exchange of data between the CCMG EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system and other systems. The platform assists insurance and healthcare providers to screen and schedule health screenings for registered members The app will be designed as a white label product for healthcare providers to purchase and involves importing member data provided by insurance providers in a flat file format into a database. This data will be used to schedule screenings with Medical Assistants (MA) and Nurse Practitioners (NP). During the screenings, the MA and NP will collect relevant information, and coders will assign codes based on the provided details.
