As a part of Mental Health Month, smartData organized mental wellness sessions in all three locations-Mohali, Nagpur and Dehradun. The sessions were about managing stress, System upgrades for high performance, and cultivating happiness and overall well-being. Each session helped smarTians build strength, handle stress ,focus better and develop a mindset that helps them grow in their personal and professional lives. Some of the key discussions are including buzz moments , embracing the importance of accepting people and situations as they are, normalizing regular check-ins with ourselves and others, recognizing the value of taking breaks when needed, and setting meaningful goals for mental wellness .smarTians actively participated in discussions on self-awareness ,resilience and healthy habits for a balanced life along with that they were introduced to simple yet effective practices such as mindfulness, gratitude, conscious breathing, prioritization, and self-care routines that can be incorporated into everyday life.
