This application allows user to get their STD (sexually transmitted disease) status along with their partners online without going through a doctor. One can directly see the results   on the devices and take desired actions. The bigger goal is to prevent the person from the stigma associated and reduce the disease spread through effective monitoring and interventions. 

In client’s existing patient healthcare insurance eligibility verification and claims processing system (Claims EMR), we are developing an AI agent that retrieves SOAP/encounter note data via a REST API. To compliance with HIPAA, patient data is first de-identified using AWS Comprehend to remove any PHI and then sent to the ChatGPT-4o model to suggest ICD/CPT codes. These code suggestions are displayed to the medical biller for review before submission to the integrated clearinghouse. AI agent we are building to assist medical billers by eliminating the need to read the entire SOAP note thereby saving time and reducing their workload.

The system has been developed for a registry clearinghouse to collect clinical data from MIPS eligible clinicians (both individuals and groups) and submits it to CMS on their behalf for purposes of MIPS. Then pre-audits submitted data during the performance year and provides reports and notifications pro-actively to improve the MIPS score community.
