We are looking for a Database-focused .NET Developer with strong experience in SQL Server development, database administration (DBA), ETL, query optimization, Power BI, cloud databases, and .NET application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, views, and complex T-SQL queries.
- Perform SQL Server administration, including backup, restore, security, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Design and maintain ETL processes using SSIS or similar tools.
- Develop Power BI solutions using DAX, Power Query, data modeling, reports, and dashboards.
- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, and execution plans.
- Integrate SQL Server with .NET applications using C#, ADO.NET, or Entity Framework.
- Manage Azure SQL Database, Azure Managed Instance, or AWS RDS for SQL Server.
- Troubleshoot database, ETL, and application issues while ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and .NET (C#/.NET Core or .NET Framework).
- Experience with query optimization, performance tuning, execution plans, indexing, DBA backup, recovery, security, monitoring, and high availability.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS, ETL, data migration, data transformation, and cloud databases.
- Experience with ADO.NET, Entity Framework, Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude for development, debugging, analysis, and documentation where appropriate.
