Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. smartData Premier League (SPL) is an enhancement of our belief in balancing work with fun activities is a great platform for the employees to interact with each other and get to know their strengths and capabilities. With 4 teams SPL started with great enthusiasm at Nagpur. smarTians will utilize their unique strengths towards a common goal.
On Women’s Day, we recognized the diversity and strength that women bring to our workplace. It was a day of fun & inspiration as we celebrated Women’s Day at smartData with full enthusiasm. All women smarTians dressed in ethnic wear and enjoyed the day to the fullest by participating in the fun games and dance.
Nothing beats the fun of celebrating Holi with your colleagues. Our smarTians had a blast playing with colors and enjoying delicious treats across all 3 branches. It was great to see everyone come together and enjoy the festivities. A great way to boost team spirit and foster a sense of camaraderie.

Our organization conducted a session on network and data security and licensing compliance across all locations. The session aimed to educate our smarTians about best practices and compliance requirements to ensure the protection of our network and data. The training covered various topics, such as network segmentation, encryption, malware prevention, and data backup and recovery.
