Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. The objective of the application is to deliver a comprehensive SaaS-based platform that enhances communication between patients and providers. It features the ability to record patient encounters, appointments, medical records, and prescriptions. The platform also includes an inbuilt email feature that allows sending messages to groups of members, facilitating efficient and streamlined communication.
The platform offers virtual office services, meeting rooms, event and co-working spaces through a network of established partners. Companies and professionals can search and compare venues from a listing of available spaces based on location and service type. The space can be rented from long term to short terms upto few hours as well. A web dashboard for users is provided to manage bookings, invoices, service listings and receive notifications on booking status update.
The main objective of the project is to develop a web-based Medication Therapy Management System that will give clinical chemists a platform to better manage patient medication. By lowering prescription errors, minimizing negative drug responses, and boosting medication adherence, it aids in improving patient outcomes.
We anticipate greater medication cost savings and medical resource cost savings (e.g., fewer emergency department visits) thanks to the platform's improved use of drug therapy. We also anticipate a higher percentage of patients achieving their treatment goals (e.g., blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol), a decrease in drug duplication, harmful side effects, or interactions between medications, vitamins, and supplements, as well as reduced drug duplication.
The platform serves patients who are taking new medications, non-adherent patients, those receiving chronic care, and Medicare beneficiaries- who are over 65.
