Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Christmas is the day that holds all time together and in every smarTian’s heart, it’s all about enjoying among all with lots of fun, music, and surprise. : Televisit is and application in which user (patient) can search the doctor as per the Specialties and book an Appointment for himself or for the dependent with the doctor according to the availability. The patient can make the appointment in both ways either Televisit or In Person. The payment mode will be credit card or the patient can also pay by Insurance.
T the Doctor/ Provider end, Provider can create or register himself on the plaform by using the NPI Id and then add his/her schedule for In-person and Televisit separately. Provider can also create televisit for a particualr patient who has already seen him. Moreover provider can generate superbill for the patient appointment and also, make changes into the medical forms sent by the patient for approval.
- Patient can search for the doctor and chek Doctor’s detailed profile and past treatment ratings.
- Patient can upload the images of their medical forms and send it to their provider for approval.

This specific application helps is part of overall workflow and helps in Admin configurations for tenants i.e facilities/ hospitals like standalone, member, and enterprise facility. While you look at the equipment/product detail, you can see both rental prices for a day as well as equipment sell price. For rental, the user can set a start and end date along with the quality of the equipment. There is an option to request special pricing for a product, subject to admin approval and negotiation. Admin has the ability to set a minimum rental order amount or a minimum number of days for rental. Admin can raise a manual invoice to users, in case they make a request to increase the rental period of the equipment.
It is a SaaS based telemedicine application designed to support queue management for patients for multiple facilities. With white labelling feature, each facility has their branded mobile app for their patients.
