Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Kicking off the celebrations together in a true community style; smarTians shared their joys, excitement, and cheer brought by the festive season with their families at the spectacular and bedazzling pre-Diwali bash. It is a Healthcare platform that deals with various aspects of patient data. Power BI application provides a patient dashboard and various metrics related to namely hypertension, diabetes, colon cancer, etc. These metrics are calculated by giving start dates and end date parameters. Dax measures are used to formulate the logic behind the measures. The platform is a POWER BI reporting tool on top of consolidating the FHIR standards database. All the Databases & Reports are hosted on the Azure Cloud platform
The client has a web agency and designs websites & mobile apps for small businesses. With this, the client’s agency also provides SEO & pay per click marketing. Client’s main area of business is in Houston, TX & he was looking to get more business from the same area.
The system has been developed for a registry clearinghouse to collect clinical data from MIPS eligible clinicians (both individuals and groups) and submits it to CMS on their behalf for purposes of MIPS. Then pre-audits submitted data during the performance year and provides reports and notifications pro-actively to improve the MIPS score community.
This application after collecting QRDA data (after parsing of QRDA files) provides accurate, timely, and actionable performance data to clinicians/groups and other stakeholders.
This application has the ability to submit data for "Quality", "Improvement Activities" and "Promoting Interchangeability" data to CMS using API.
Application takes user inputs in form of assessments and other data and provides a personalized treatment plan with prescription of hormones in an organic base. It caters to the overall health of women by providing menopause treatment. It helps patients to stay compliant with their hormones by reminding them to take specific dosages (drops) of the four primary hormones at the times of day and amounts that their doctor has determined (and pushed to the patient’s app). It helps women be an active part of their treatment including an interactive means of adjusting their dosages (especially through the initial titration phase).
Patients can also communicate with their doctor and request refills. The doctor can check on the status of patients, refer to existing questionnaires, use calculators to adjust dosages, send these adjustments to the patient’s app, and generate new prescriptions to send to pharmacies.
Health care project is patient screening application in HC platform which can be accessed on iPad and website. All the clinic registration will be done through the main application. This will allow to save front desk teams work wherein manual work was done. This app will help patients to fill in relevant details before meeting physician in person, which saves time for patient and physician.
