Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. The main objective of the project is to develop a web-based Medication Therapy Management System that will give clinical chemists a platform to better manage patient medication. By lowering prescription errors, minimizing negative drug responses, and boosting medication adherence, it aids in improving patient outcomes.
We anticipate greater medication cost savings and medical resource cost savings (e.g., fewer emergency department visits) thanks to the platform's improved use of drug therapy. We also anticipate a higher percentage of patients achieving their treatment goals (e.g., blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol), a decrease in drug duplication, harmful side effects, or interactions between medications, vitamins, and supplements, as well as reduced drug duplication.
The platform serves patients who are taking new medications, non-adherent patients, those receiving chronic care, and Medicare beneficiaries- who are over 65.

Match note found – If no referral found any match with the existing system, in this case system converts that referral into new patients and assigns a case Id to this referral.
Review Matches – This status is set when there are multiple matches for a referral, in this case, a manual process happens, in this process user selects particular patients and links that patient to this referral.
The new case created – When a referral is converted to a patient and gets a case id then the referral’s status becomes a new case created.

The app uses a BLE device connection as a trigger to start a background task (tracking a user's location). As long as a continuous connection with the BLE device is maintained, the app runs a background task and it stops this task when the BLE connection is terminated.
