Development of a multilingual, responsive e-learning platform for registered customers, members, and anonymous users. The platform supports course access, studying, quizzes, exam simulations, dashboards, account management, and financial reporting.  
It includes admin functionalities for content management, course simulation, financial adjustments, and audit trails. A mobile app was also developed using Xamarin to provide on-the-go access with similar features. Partner and organization-specific modules allow for course management, financial statements, and performance reporting.

This project delivers an integrated AI and analytics platform for the Foundation for Sickle Cell Disease Research (FSCDR). It connects ECW (eClinicalWorks) EHR data with advanced AI-based predictive models to identify high-risk patients, automate follow-ups, and streamline state grant reporting (CMO99, CMOAE Tasks 5–13).
The goal is to transform static EHR data into actionable insights — improving research visibility, compliance, and patient outcomes while cutting down manual reporting workloads. The solution supports predictive ER-risk modeling, AI-based outreach automation, and Power BI-driven compliance dashboards across FSCDR’s Centers of Excellence.

Service providers can manage hiring and staffing processes, while administrators oversee platform operations. Customers, individuals, and companies have distinct roles, ensuring a structured workflow. The system facilitates seamless service booking, secure payments, and transparent feedback, enhancing user trust and efficiency in managing freelance and company-based services.
