It will collect the data (medical observations) given by the medical devices through BLE and submit the data to the server. They can either consult the provider on an urgent basis or If the situation is not urgent, they can go for the path of the scheduled appointment.

In case of urgency, patients can choose the urgent consultation option that will create a request to all the available provider’s same time. The patient can directly connect with the provider through a video call. In regular consultations, the patients can search for providers and book appointments. Providers can create consultation notes (SOAP Notes) that can also be shared with the emergency rooms by patients. The current SOAP note format considered is Text areas for Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan.
