This Proof of Concept (POC) involves setting up a Mirth Connect integration to process HL7 messages for communication with the UAE government healthcare system. The workflow includes:
Receiving a JSON request via an HTTP Listener.
Converting JSON to HL7 format.
Sending HL7 data to the UAE government endpoint.
Handling real-time HL7 responses, converting them back to JSON, and sending the response to the HTTP requester.
Implementing retry logic (configurable, e.g., 3 retries) in case the government server is unreachable.
Ensuring nothing is hardcoded and using a config file for parameters like retry count.
Supporting JWT Authentication for secure HTTP requests.
Creating separate Mirth channels for each message type (ADT, ORM, etc.), starting with ADT messages.
This project is a feature-rich SaaS platform designed to streamline and manage the medical billing and administrative tasks of acupuncture offices. It includes functionalities for super admin, sub-admins (staff/medical billers), acupuncture office admins, and providers.
The Super Admin Panel for Medical Billing onboard acupuncture offices and medical billers. They have the functionality to view claim cases, assign tasks, and monitor their status, enhancing workflow management and operational efficiency.
Saytem allows providers/healthcare practitioners to concentrate on their patients while medical biller handle the insurance paperwork. The platform includes a providers/healthcare practitioners panel where individual providers can manage patient appointments, create SOAP notes, handle encounters and allowing the creation and submission of super bills. It also given provision to provider who is using their own EHR to export patient encounter via SFTP, and further allowing the creation and submission of super bills.
The Medical Biller panel is designed to streamline various billing and administrative tasks. The dashboard provides an overview of total cases and tasks assigned. Task management features allow staff to list, review, and edit visit details, including super bill codes, and save updates.
