Today at smartData Enterprises, we reinforced our unwavering commitment to leadership excellence and continuous learning by successfully conducting a high-impact internal session titled “Courage to Evolve: Turning Challenges into Opportunities.” Held at our Mohali office, this session formed a significant part of our Internal Skills Development Program and was aimed at fostering strategic thinking and adaptive leadership across the organization.

Led by distinguished leadership coach Ms. Manjula Sularia, the session engaged selected team members in a powerful conversation around embracing change, leading with clarity during uncertainty, and turning professional challenges into stepping stones for growth.
