Marine voyage performance analytics

A SAAS based marine KPI managment application for voyage planning in terms of port routes, voyage tracking, ports, vendors, stevedores, suppliers. It collects and analyze data from the vessel statement of facts (SOF) reports and presents them in a logical and simple way to visualise the historical performance of the voyages. This enables the user to identify areas of improvements in future voyages between the same ports. It also allows agencies to calculate performances against KPIs for ports, and associated suppliers, vendors, stevedores and the agents - thus benchmarking their performances against the KPI set and then reducing the gap through corrective and preventive measures.

Rental Platform

A B2B application to rent or purchase construction equipment. Application has complete shopping cart feature along with an option for users to request a quote. While you look at the equipment/product detail, you can see both rental prices for a day as well as equipment sell price. For rental, the user can set a start and end date along with the quality of the equipment. There is an option to request special pricing for a product, subject to admin approval and negotiation. Admin has the ability to set a minimum rental order amount or a minimum number of days for rental. Admin can raise a manual invoice to users, in case they make a request to increase the rental period of the equipment.

VOIP NLP

VoIP NLP simulates the real-time human interaction using voice, and help businesses to streamline their customer journey and reducing the number of contacts into the customer support team. The voice bot helps customers to make/manage their taxi booking by communicating with the bot just like they are communicating with a human on the other side. The bot integrates SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) module to handle various incoming requests from the customers and communicates on a defined user conversation decision tree after analyzing the context from the user’s responses using NLP (Natural language Processing).
