Our recent accomplishments in this area are:
- Virtual health coach engine- an intelligent rule-based virtual clinician engine where Bot acts like a coach and based on user's inputs in the app and custom engine, it provides them with coaching suggestion on improvising the lifestyle.
- Patient engagement chatbot with IBM Watson API integration for sentimental analysis and it generates reports/ analytics on the basis of keywords came up in calls.
- Implementing custom chat Bot as a Service Layer for 5 major Health Risk Assessments namely Diabetes, Lung, COPD, Dementia, Cancer.
- Bot build using IBM Watson Assistant where a vast questionnaire regarding generic problems are provided with multiple option facility for them. On the basis of answers chosen another questionnaire is asked whose results lead to the further recommendation of the specified Doctor.
