This will be a cloud-based technology platform for remote patient monitoring and engagement at virtual wards. It enables personalized virtual care through assigned care pathways predicting risk scores through vitals and questionnaires and through specially tailored educational content for encouraging patient engagement during their treatment. Each assessment questionnaire is assigned a specific score based on which risk score is generated based on the answers from patients.

The application identifies and provides individualized care coaching to problems/risks through HRA of patients. It is designed to improve the health of employee population and reduce health care costs. Care managers are responsible for risk identification through assignments and advice solutions to overcome health issues by medicines and exercises. Daily tracking to let users keep on track. Booking appointments, scheduling in order to council users. It has interfaces for care manager, patient and super admin.

A modern and intuitive skill-oriented platform developed for corporate offering training management. It is a transcription application, which transcribes the conversation of a therapist and patient, and patient's sentiments are analyzed using Watson tone analyzer and natural language understanding. The core business logic of the application is to save patients who are emotionally disturbed, undergoing depression, or have no control over themselves etc. The application helps the therapist to analyze patients' conditions located in remote areas by listening to their problems through an audio file and gives therapist a good idea of patient's current emotional state.
