In this portal, we can constantly view the stocks going up and down. We can keep an eye if stocks last price, velocities, and triggers that are going up or down live using the Lex API.

It manages overall business operations starting from inventory management, quotations, sales and purchase orders, catalog management, invoicing, payment and warehouse management. BI Reporting is also part of this solution which are providing useful business insight and help in taking informed business decision.

The objective of this project was to transform a fast-growing construction materials supplier into a fully integrated, AI-enabled digital operations platform.

The client was managing bulk orders, warehouse coordination, supplier procurement, and accounting across disconnected systems. This resulted in delayed responses, manual reconciliation, limited stock visibility, and heavy dependency on staff for routine customer queries.

Our goal was to build a unified ERP ecosystem using ZohoOne, fully integrated with MYOB for financial control, while embedding AI Agents to automate customer communication and operational support.

The AI Agents were designed to:

• Instantly respond to customer queries related to order status, invoices, and delivery timelines
• Reduce dependency on manual call handling
• Provide 24/7 support without increasing headcount
• Assist internal teams with quick data lookup and order insights
• Improve response time and customer satisfaction

This architecture simplifies integrations, improves maintainability, enhances scalability, and enables faster onboarding of new healthcare providers while ensuring reliable payment processing and standardized data exchange.

The AI-driven reporting and analytics solution integrates with eClinicalWorks (eCW) to enhance healthcare data extraction, automate compliance reporting, and improve patient outcomes through predictive analytics. This initiative leverages AI, NLP, and SMART on FHIR to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and ensure real-time data accessibility.  

Health insurance companies and providers face multiple rejections and huge penalties due to incomplete documentation. To improve payor performance, the HEDIS analytics platform integrates consumer, clinical, provider and payer data to analytical data that healthcare stakeholders can readily use to improve the health of their patients and populations. 
The platform is on HEDIS quality measure reporting rules driven by data extracted from more than 15 EMR systems. HEDIS analytical platform helps in remediating the gaps in data collection through pre auditing of data and to improve the efficiency of HEDIS reporting. 

By providing the functionality of care gap identification, HEDIS analytic platform calculates the care gap for different payors and EHR system.
