The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. The smartData cultural league “Abhivyakti” was launched remotely – another “new” in this new normal. The auditions started in May and, even as first of its kind, there was a lot of creativity in this event. Winners of SCL has been awarded during Republic Day celebrations. All 11 finalists was recognized and rewarded for their amazing performances.
The day India was formed as a republic is always a proud day for us. As Normalcy begins republic day celebrated across all three locations where all smarTians joined with their families for the flag hosting ceremony followed by sweet distribution on this very occasion. Live performances also given by smarTians to pay tribute to our nation.
Makar Sankranti is one of the few traditional Hindu festivals that is observed as per solar cycles. The season marks the end of winter and the beginning of longer days. smarTians welcomed this auspicious season and celebrated this day with a traditional filling the sky with colorful kites and sharing their happiness and joy among all.
Lohri, celebration with smarTians is commemorated every year on 13th January with utmost enthusiasm. This energizing event was commended with extreme respect, gladness and loftiness beginning with customs and further with small bonfire, a social affair and music where smarTians danced their heart out.
