The celebration brought together smarTians to reflect on achievements, strengthen connections and looking ahead with shared vision of growth where every chair is an AI Lab, every smarTian is empowered to innovate and every step is driven by scaling and excellence. To mark the occasion, a blood donation and with Tree Plantation Drive was also organized at all the locations as smarTians proudly stepped for the meaningful contribution to the community and the environment. The Day began with auspicious Hawan followed by adressing by Global CEO & MD –Mr.Ajay Tewari on smartData’s journey and future vision focused on importance of innovation, excellence driving the growth and highlighted the key priorities strengthing talent,driving business growth ,ensuring financing discipline and improving operational efficiency .The celebration also showcased the vibrant culture of smartData.Their performances refelcted the passion,talent and team spirit that continue to make smartData a dynamic workplace.Recoginizing excellence remained as an important part of celebration,as smarTians were appreciated and recognized for their valuable contribution.The cake cutting ceremony marked the joyous occasion , celebrating 27 years of collective accomplishments and shared memories.The celebration concluded with a get together where smarTians interacted ,and strenthen the bond that makes smartData more than just a workplace as it is united by shared values, vision and collaboration.
