Read moreLast weekend, 27 members of the smartData team laced up their running shoes and took part in the Chandigarh Marathon and it turned into much more than just a race.
There were early alarms, sleepy faces at the start line, nervous stretching, and that shared buzz you only get when people show up together for something outside their daily routine. Some ran to beat their personal best. Some ran to restart their fitness journey. Others simply ran for the joy of being part of it.
By the time the race began, it wasn’t about pace or timing anymore — it was about encouragement, cheering each other on, and crossing the finish line knowing you didn’t do it alone.
Moments like these matter. They give teams a chance to connect beyond screens and schedules. They remind us that endurance isn’t built in a single sprint, whether at work or on the road. And they reinforce something we deeply value: showing up for each other.
We encourage our people to prioritise wellbeing, movement, and balance, not as a policy, but as a way of living and working better together.
We’re incredibly proud of everyone who participated and represented the spirit of the team with such energy and enthusiasm.
Here’s to more miles, more shared moments, and many more reasons to show up together.
