The application aims to keep individuals and employees mentally healthy and motivated. It is a telehealth platform which makes mental health support accessible with real-time secure video counselling and offers training to managers and employers. It is developed on a HIPAA compliant secure architecture and has a proprietary matching algorithms to connect clients with the most effective mental health counsellors or life coaches. This platform also offers legal, financial and career advisory services. 

A platform for dermatologists and patients where they can connect through video consultation. The proposed solution will provide features to the patients such as vital intake, medical history intake, appointment booking, video consultation, SOAP notes, E-prescription, and insurance eligibility to provide cost-effective and specialty care.

Application takes user inputs in form of assessments and other data and provides a personalized treatment plan with prescription of hormones in an organic base. It caters to the overall health of women by providing menopause treatment. It helps patients to stay compliant with their hormones by reminding them to take specific dosages (drops) of the four primary hormones at the times of day and amounts that their doctor has determined (and pushed to the patient’s app).  It helps women be an active part of their treatment including an interactive means of adjusting their dosages (especially through the initial titration phase).

Patients can also communicate with their doctor and request refills. The doctor can check on the status of patients, refer to existing questionnaires, use calculators to adjust dosages, send these adjustments to the patient’s app, and generate new prescriptions to send to pharmacies.

: Televisit is and application in which user (patient) can search the doctor as per the Specialties and book an Appointment for himself or for the dependent with the doctor according to the availability. The patient can make the appointment in both ways either Televisit or In Person. The payment mode will be credit card or the patient can also pay by Insurance.

T the Doctor/ Provider end, Provider can create or register himself on the plaform by using the NPI Id and then add his/her schedule for In-person and Televisit separately. Provider can also create televisit for a particualr patient who has already seen him. Moreover provider can generate superbill for the patient appointment and also, make changes into the medical forms sent by the patient for approval.
 

- Patient can search for the doctor and chek Doctor’s detailed profile and past treatment ratings.
- Patient can upload the images of their medical forms and send it to their provider for approval.
- Book the appointment with doctor for himself and for dependent as well either it’s Televisit (Audio, Video) or In-person visit.

An online session platform where practitioners create sessions and registered members can register for these sessions as per their interest. This platform empowers practitioners to select multiple categories for the session, schedule as per their availability, set session size (limit on the total number of members attending a session, duration, video required).

The payment model for practitioners is based on an algorithm, which calculates the fees based on the number of members that attended their sessions on a monthly basis. Another major feature of this platform is its partner channel program where sessions will be held for corporates with the content being published under their branding.
