One of the pieces we're most proud of is an AI-powered coding assistant that works alongside medical billers instead of trying to replace them. It securely pulls SOAP notes from EHR systems through REST APIs, and before any clinical data reaches the AI, all Protected Health Information (PHI) is automatically de-identified to keep the process HIPAA-compliant. From there, the system reads the documentation and suggests the right ICD-10 and CPT codes, which billing professionals then review and approve. The effect is real: far less manual effort, and coding that comes out more accurate and more consistent.

Our RCM solutions also handle Medicare Chronic Care Management (CCM) billing. The system tracks the time-based pieces automatically — care activities, diagnoses, care plans, patient communications, and audit logs — then uses that record to flag eligible CPT codes and take the guesswork out of billing. We also generate and submit CMS-1500 and UB-04 claims electronically through integrated clearinghouses, so reimbursements come back faster and with fewer errors.

To tighten things further, we've built automated claims reconciliation that matches submitted claims against Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) transactions. Billing teams can verify payments quickly, spot discrepancies, and post payments with a lot less friction.
