smartData built the platform as a multi-tenant cloud SaaS aligned to the four ICAO safety management pillars, on a Node.js, Express and TypeScript backend with MySQL, a Next.js and React tenant portal, and a dedicated super-admin console for centralised platform and client administration across every tenant.
Tenant-level data isolation and role-based access keep customer data separated, with tenant ownership validated on every request. Integrated modules cover hazard reporting, risk assessment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, training and compliance, with containerised deployment for consistency.
